Back to the grind today. Stayed up late last night and had lots of work to get done, so I only partially met my goals, but still doing better. Yucky, rainy day here today. Planning a run for morning, so hoping it clears some.

Goals for tomorrow:
Track
30+ min run
Water (lots)
Make good food choices
Be active on SP
In bed by 10
