Our assignment this week is a good one. To sit down and figure out what we as a member of this team would like to accomplish during this 12 week Challenge.
To help us really focus we are to use the S.M.A.R.T Goal template as our guide.
One of my SparkFriends likes to eat one salad a day as a meal. She has been very successful with this one measure that she takes each day. I am going to try to follow her. With the summer heat under full swing it sounds like a plan.
Have right size and kind of hoop
Have SparkFriends who have given me great beginner tips
Have Hoopnicata Tape
Already have favorite Hooping videos
Dancing around the house and going twice a month to Wild Bill's Line Dance class is another form of exercise that I will enjoy this summer.
Going to the Bedford Blues Fest and the Fourth of July fireworks show is on my list this year.
Jimmie Vaughan and Buddy Guy have top biling this year at the Blues Fest. I am so there.
Doing the things that I love. Learning new things and going to the local concerts, just getting out of the house and having fun will no doubt lead to a successful 12 weeks.
