I am on the Midnight Mustangs for BLC22.. I have working on setting my goals for the next 12 weeks. The most important thing will be to carry this our as a part of my new lifestyle, that's how I know I have accomplished my goals.
1. I will lose 10 lbs by Aug. 28th
2. I will lose 2" off my waist
3. I will take care of myself
1) Nutrition - track all my food daily, which includes making the right choices.
2) Exercise - track my exercise, find a balance between strength training and Cardio.
3) Wellness - drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. Get my required sleep between 7-8 hours.
To reach my goals I will measure all of my food and stay within my point values for WW. I will participate in the TNT and the Weekend Challenges. I will commit to exercising 6 times a week. To find balance I will take my hour lunch everyday at work to exercise.
