Long Day

So, today started with breakfast and a run, then did some stuff around the house, then feel asleep on the chair trying to stay quiet while dad is working 12 hour night shift. Then woke up, made dinner(salad/leftovers), and went to zumba.

In other words, I worked my butt off today. I also signed up at my Zumba place for their Biggest loser contest. This means I have to work out there three times a week for six of the next eight weeks. This will likely prove interesting, but if I can manage it, will be well worth it. We'll see how that goes with trying to build running back up again.

Speaking of running, today was a crappier run. Took a 12 minute mile instead of 10. But, it was the first time since last Monday. I also didn't eat so hot today, but I'm getting better at that too. So, now we just have to see how the rest of the week goes. I'm thinking of dragging my friend out to a concert we both need to go to Friday. Could make for a late night before work, but I think it will be well worth it.

    Lack of fuel and/or fluids could be the reason for the crappy run. Keep us posted on your BL contest. You can do it!
