The only way that I can explain the difference in my attitude this time, is I decided to use Spark Coach. I joined a gym last Tuesday and I must admit that I am really motivated all of a sudden. After working out, I don't want to eat, for starters. I am getting satisfaction through the exercise instead of food. I have been going through ALOT of stress lately. In the past year I have had several life changes. I am trying to work out the stress in the gym instead of in the kitchen. I realize that it has just been a week, but I am certain this time is the time. I WILL KEEP MOVING! I am truly blessed!
