Ok, so I made it through the first workout!!!

1. It didn't kill me!

2. I started at a lower weight than I thought. Ok, so it is only 4 pounds lighter than I thought I was, but I will take that 4 pounds and turn it into 45!!!!!

That is my first goal! To make it into the 100's!!!!!
