My goals for the next 12 weeks are:
Lose 10 pounds
Stay within my calorie range at least 5 days a week
Work on keeping my sodium intake below 2300 mg per day
Exercise 20 minutes per day by swimming or exercise DVDs and make it a part of daily activity not something I have to do.
ST at least 2 days a week
Now to work for the next 12 weeks and a healthier future.
