Goal update.

Core workouts i'm doing one tonight. So not so good but working on it.

Two pounds away from my first goal weight. So I may reach it before the end of the month.

Organization is still a work in progress but getting their.

Snacking is getting better. So far so good. I'll keep on keeping on. Hope everyone had a good day.

Glad you are getting your core training done. Having strong abdominals and back muscles make a difference in everything we do. If you look at the biggest injuries to young and especially older people you will see it usually revolves around poor core muscles. I have always avoided exercises for my core and shot straight for the cardio, but I really need to make these a bigger priority as I am not getting any younger.

You must be extremely excited to reach your goal weight! I am very happy for you girllllll..

Your goals tell me you are doing better with your organization and overcoming the snacking issues is a hugh hurdle. If you can conquer that you got it.

    You're moving forward. That's progress, and will just keep adding up. Only 2 pounds from first goal! Terrific! I'll bet you get there this month. I'm rooting for you.
