I have really slacked this past few weeks with all of my weight loss goals. So I decided today that I just need to get back into it. I'm starting with my Fast-Break goals, the plan to meet those goals every day this week. My other goal is to make sure that I track everything I eat because I've gotten very lax on my tracking. I had caught myself feeling bummed about my weight and I don't know why, but it seems so easy to forget that I am the one in charge of myself. So yeah, I feel like getting those Fast Break goals going is really going to help.
I've also been having a tough time with sugar cravings, and I'm considering picking up the Tame Your Sweet Tooth challenge. My only concern is all the birthdays this month. Including mine. I don't know, part of me feels like I just really need to get this under control. And I will.
