1. I plan to drink my water first thing in the morning for starters and get 8-8oz.
2. Drink my green drink 5 times a week.
3. Watch the amount of white things I eat. Like rice, potatoes, bread
4. Walk 5 times a week for 10 minutes and adding as I go. Keep note on journal or here my progress.
5. Make it a goal to make my info to public for support in 3 months. Get past the fear of others. Reach out for help and support. That is what I'm here for.
6. Write in this blog and share for support. Learn how to post pictures. If I need money save to do that.
This is a good beginning for me. I hope to find a good support team as I gain points and info on this site.
