2 weeks left and i'm done insanity round 2...

so, pretty much the same as the title..i have 2 weeks to go until i'm done this round of insanity...

This was my second round and i was pretty worried about doing this month...during round 1 this was the hardest month.And guess what? this time around it was hard too...But i made it through that first week and i'm actually into week 3 of this last month..It wasn't easy and my legs and arms felt that first week more! lol..

So, yup, gonna finish soon and i'm actually doing hip hop abs with it...I have the deluxe version and it has longer and harder workouts than the first month as well...i'm seeing improvements with ab exercises but my abs are not showing yet...I still have weight to lose there but the cardio and muscles are improving so that makes me happy..

so, i'm seeing improvement there too!

Plus i'm doing a push up challenge this month too...soo...lol...

I HAVE NOT lost a lb this month! I'm not happy with that but maybe i'm trading lbs for muscles? It's kinda hard to keep at it when that darn scale doesn't move, but i'm measuring too and i lost 1/2 and inch from my thigh and chest since last measurement, so..i'll take that...lol

I have decided to do this as a one year challenge.I am going from feb to october, and setting my goal as 199lbs by oct.28(my birthday). and then my next goal as 180 by feb.5,2014(my one year anniversary for insanity beginning)...

That's the goals...now the hard part, doing the work and sticking to this!

    You are rocking the workouts, and getting some great fitness gains. If your weight isn't moving, then you may want to focus on your diet, if that is your goal. "abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym" is a common quote among fitness gurus, and it's really true!
