My goals for BLC22

I've made myself a bit of a problem lately by setting my goals a little too high. When I realize I'm not going to reach them I tend to throw in the towel completely, so I'm starting out at least with smaller steps:

1. Lose 5 lbs

2. Exercise at least 5x per week - 3 cardio and 2 ST

3. Climb the stairs at work to my floor (6th) at least 2x per day.

4. Include protein and freggies with every meal.

    So wise, Lenore, to get back on track thinking smaller and reasonable in your goals. Your building in guaranteed success and that's a great motivator. You can do this.
