I've made myself a bit of a problem lately by setting my goals a little too high. When I realize I'm not going to reach them I tend to throw in the towel completely, so I'm starting out at least with smaller steps:
1. Lose 5 lbs
2. Exercise at least 5x per week - 3 cardio and 2 ST
3. Climb the stairs at work to my floor (6th) at least 2x per day.
4. Include protein and freggies with every meal.
