I'm afraid I have fallen off the nutrition wagon. I don't think it is completely my fault. It is also my husband's. He has taken to grilling Andouille Sausage links and other processed links. Usually, he will also grill lean burgers with them and I stick to those, but sometimes you just can't resist.
Then my son brought home some chocolate coffee cake. It looked really good and I had to try it. It wasn't. What a waste
I think my other issue is I am having trouble tracking as, sometimes, I will just take a bite or two of something to try it, and I don't know how to track it as it is not on the tracker. I'm wondering if the tracker causes me more issues than it helps. We don't usually eat standard fare. When we go to a restaurant, we go to local places that are not chains so it is very difficult to try to match up the foods. Then I get frustrated
I will get back on track! Today, we have a grilled chicken breast salad with grapes, cashews and light mayo for lunch
