i havent blogged in about a week.
last week was a bad week nutriionally. why oh why do we do this to ourselves??
i was psyched to stay on track but my emotions of a bad day at work or frustrated with my hubby or just a bad day took over. but, i am not giving up the fight.
i am back on track and more motivated than ever.
i am learning from my mistakes and i wont make them again.
i love how eating right feels. i love being a good example of eating healthy. i love how excercising makes me feel.
i am gonna love it even more when my family sees me eating healthy and excersing and my body getting harder and me having more energy.
i love it when i used to run and people would stop me and ask me how i started running.
my current weekly goals for this week
continue my spark running program- currently i am running 1 min and walking 4 for 30 min
and this is a big goal---no sugar and no peanut butter this week!! my husband and son say i cant do this, but i know i can
