I started this Monday morning with two special k berries waffles and a healthy Kale juice, which is making me feel good about myself, as I type right now :)
Sunday was the only day I didnt made myself a healthy juice (still getting in the routine of doing a juice every single day) I know that pretty soon juicing will be sooo easy for me, little by little. The combination of veggies seems to be one of the challenging parts because I still dont really know what flavor each vegetable is going to give to my juice once is mixed, so by juicing more often I will be able to tell which veggies I prefer to juice with and which ones I have to put less of in my juicing habits, Iam been positive and hope to continue like this for a long long time...
I have incorporated basketball into my active routine... this weekend (fri and sat) I played basketball for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours without even feeling it that precise moment, which is also a wonderful way to burn calories without making it seem like a workout
just by throwing the ball it seems that my shoulders are becoming stronger, I feel the soreness everytime I play this sport.
