SOME OF MY GOALS WILL BE CARRIED OVER FROM THE LAST CHALLENGE I HAD. WHY CHANGE
SOMETHING THAT WORKED emoticon

MY GOALS WILL INCLUDE BODY, MIND AND SOUL/SPIRIT. I FOUND OUT FOR ME.. IF THEY ARE ALL IN TUNE THE WEIGHT WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF. emoticon.

emoticon BODY---VEGGIES 4-5 DAILY I WILL INCLUDE JUICING TO HELP WITH VEGGIES. DEVELOP SOME COMBINATIONS I CAN TOLERATE. emoticon. NO USE IN HAVING A JUICER AND HARDLY USE IT. TRY DIFFERENT FOODS THIS INCLUDES VEGGIES AND FRUITS. OF COURSE WITH NEW FRUITS I'LL HAVE TO MONITOR MY B/S AND SEE IF THEY AGREE WITH ME. . DRINK 5-8 GLASSES OF WATER AND INCREASE WITH TIME. CUT OUT AND OR REDUCE JUNK FOOD.

emoticon EXERCISE--AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK. CURRENTLY DO AEROBICS, TREADMILL, BIKING, PILATES. SOME TIMES WALKING AND YOGA. DEVELOP A STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINE I CAN LIVE WITH. S/T IS NOT MY FAVORITE AND BUILD FROM THERE. LOOK FOR OTHER FORMS OF EXERCISE DOABLE. AS ALL OF MY EXERCISE IS DONE INSIDE BECAUSE OF EXTREME ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA WHICH IS WELL CONTROLLED AT PRESENT TIME AND I WANT TO KEEP IT THAT WAY.

emoticon MIND REST IS IMPORTANT FOR WELL BEING, REBUILDING AND REJUVENATION. IN BED AT 11:00 PM ALL WEEK DAYS. MONITOR EMOTIONS AS I AM AN EMOTIONAL EATER. WORKING ON IT DAY BY DAY. STAY IN TOUCH WITH MYSELF. DON'T EAT ABOUT IT. TALK ABOUT IT. IF I CAN NOT TALK TO THE OFFENDER THEN WRITE ABOUT IT. BURN THE NOTE. I THINK OF FIRE AS CLEANSER CONCERNING WRITING IT OUT OR WRITING ABOUT IT. BURNING THE NOTE FOR ME IS A RELEASE TECHNIQUE. THIS WORKS WELL WHEN I AM ANGRY. IF POSSIBLE I TALK TO THE OFFENDER IE (HUBBIE emoticon ) LETTING THINGS FESTER DOES NOT WORK FOR THE EMOTIONAL EATER. DURING TIMES OF STRESS TAKE GREEN TEA BREAKS, PATIO BREAKS WHEN WEATHER PERMITS. (NOT HOT OR COLD) I ENJOY EATING BREAKFAST WHILE WATCHING BIRDS ON OUR PATIO AND STAR GAZING IN THE WINTER. PAMPERING IE FACIALS,MANI/PEDI ETC.

    As BLC22 comes to an end, did you achieve some of your goals?

Emotional eating is a long term challenge. How about the mani/pedi. If you haven't worked it in, be sure to make an appointment. emoticon

    I like your goals.

I am also an emotional eater and have the hubbie influence. The last couple of days he's wanted to stop to eat while we are out driving, and it's never places I should be. Even a happy emotion sometimes causes me to eat, and I'll admit the last 2 days I was not a good girl. Time for that to change. He tried to tempt me again today and I said no. emoticon

These are some GREAT goals! I like the plan you have laid out for your challenge. It always work better when you know where to go and the areas that need building upon. I'm sure you will have one of your BEST challenge results ever! emoticon
