2013 Burn The Fat Summer Challenge

This post is for my BFFM Team friends that are not a part of the Inner Circle. I entered the official challenge on the inner circle today. Here is my first entry:

Here we go! Monday, June 10th, 2013 - my official first day in the 2013 Burn the Fat Summer Challenge!!

Current weight: 139.7 lbs
Body Fat: 23%
Lean body mass: 106.59 lbs
Desired body fat: 17%
Ideal weight: 128.42 lbs

Goals:

Overall goal: I will have 17% body fat and weigh 129lbs.
Big Goal: I will look like a fitness model, but more important - I will be like my yoga instructors - healthy, fit, calm, positive and peaceful!!

Daily Goals:
* Follow meal plan
* Exercise 30-45 minutes
* Walk 10,000 steps
* Meditate!!!

Measurements:
abdomen: 32 1/4"
Waist: 28 3/4"
Bust: 35 1/2"
Chest: 33 1/2"
Hips: 40 1/4"
Thigh: 23"
Bicep: 10 3/4"
Calf: 13 3/4"

I need to finalize my eating plan tomorrow night and get my exercise plan down on paper -- I am making good progress though :) I also posted my before pictures here on my Spark profile page.

    I have similar goals as you. My goal as well is to look like a fitness competitor/ model, it all the same really and 18% BF. emoticon I'll be cheering you on!
