Challenge #11

Challenge #11- Last week I didn't consume as many vegetables as I would have liked so this week I'm going to challenge myself to eat a salad 4 days this week. This might should like an easy challenge for some people but I've never been a salad person so it's not the first thing I think of or grab for when hungry. This is something I would like to change.

Monday- emoticon


Wednesday- emoticon

Thursday- emoticon




Results- Almost met this goal. Our family went away for a long weekend and I'm afraid to say I didn't make the best meal choices and didn't exercise. Had a good time but now it's now time to refocus.

Weight Loss: Gained 0.2 pounds

    There are so many ways to change up a salad - be creative! You can do it!

    emoticon I always remind myself that salad doesn't just have to be lettuce! Find one you enjoy and I bet you'll be a salad person in no time!
