Challenge #11- Last week I didn't consume as many vegetables as I would have liked so this week I'm going to challenge myself to eat a salad 4 days this week. This might should like an easy challenge for some people but I've never been a salad person so it's not the first thing I think of or grab for when hungry. This is something I would like to change.
Results- Almost met this goal. Our family went away for a long weekend and I'm afraid to say I didn't make the best meal choices and didn't exercise. Had a good time but now it's now time to refocus.
Weight Loss: Gained 0.2 pounds
