I got sick of dieting last week and really did a number on myself. I ate out, high fat high protein foods, and then yesterday morning I decided to face the music so I got on the scale and what happened - I lost 2-1/2 pounds in 1 week! I told my sister about it and she said it sounded like the Atkins diet, so I researched it and sure enough I accidentally put myself on Atkins. Soooo, long story short I have decided to try Atkins for awhile. And this being the amazing site it is, all the Atkins foods have been entered into the database already so I'm good to go. It was so nice to have scrambled eggs and cheese this morning for breakfast without any guilt! Wish me luck.
