Good day again, despite a little procrastinating problem

Monday, June 10, 2013

I did go for a 40 min run today.... 6km in 40 min... I know, many are faster than this, yet I'm very happy with myself... okay, not so happy that my left hip as well as knee are in pain now... still don't really love running as such, yet love the fact that in case of a mass murderer chasing after me I might have a chance to escape. And listening to an audiobook most certainly helps.

After my run I fell a bit in a hole though... after lunch I started playing a silly game on my phone and couldn't stop. I didn't do any weeding... nor wash my laundry... or any of the other things I planned to do. Ou well, tomorrow is a new day with new chances... so tomorrow, I WILL wash the laundry and I finally WILL attack the weeds in our veggie garden, I WILL!!!! Now I just need to find offspring's school uniform somewhere in the pile of laundry.... or he might have to go in the nude... hmmmm. Even though I didn't grow up wearing school uniforms myself I'm rather grateful for them, which is weird... yet I don't have to worry what he will wear to school (unless, like today, you don't have a clue in which part of the laundry process the other school uniform happens to be, hmmm).

I'm off to bed now... night night world

Well done on the run! I think that's a great time - I'm not very fast myself, even though I've been doing it regularly for a while now. Some people are just naturally more athletic - I am not one of those people.

You sound like me a hundred years ago. I miss the kids and their innocence but definitely not the endless laundry.
    Have a good day. emoticon
