BLC22 Goals

My goals for the next 12 weeks are:

*To reach (again) the weight of 190.

*To succeed on the 12-week exercise streak.

*To fit comfortably into specific pants and tops that I can't now wear.

    I like the clear, concise way you have stated your goals. It inspired me to do the same. I am now constructing my list of specific goals stated in the positive. Not easy since I tend to use "not" a lot such as-I will not do this or that instead of the positive of-I will do this and that to achieve this. I am also putting my reward list together-I think every 5 lbs. lost will be the perfect time for a non-food reward-new water bottle, cute socks to match my new walking shoes,..things like that. So thank you for taking the time to list your goals so I can do the same. emoticon
