Today I am 3 weeks post-op. I get to start on soft foods today. This past week was not a good one as I only lost 1 pound. I did go to the gym 2 days last week and I'm not sure if that is what slowed down my weight lost. I did 60 minutes each day, 30 walking on the treadmill and 30 on the recumbent bicycle. So I probably burn everything I ate during the day which apparently my body didn't like, but this week will be different. I plan on getting in lots of protein so hopefully it will make a difference.
So for the weight loss progress, I am currently at 185.4.

Weight at Start of Process: 203.5 (-16.5)
Pre Surgery Weight: 198.4 (-5.1)
1 Week Post-op: 190.6 (-7.8)
2 Weeks Post-op: 186.4 (-4.2)
3 Weeks Post-op: 185.4 (-1)
