Yesterday I ate fresh pineapple and no sweets. I did go over on the fats so I will need to work on that. I am feeling tired from no sweets but that is to be expected because of sugar withdrawl. my mom ended up caving on her no sweets but I am still keeping strong with it. I am feeling really good about how I am doing so far and will be doing the week two actions steps on the tame the sweets challenge. I do know the longer I do it the better it will be. even by making small changes that adds up not only in the way of weight loss but also better eating habits.
