I did the fit test for the second time. Still felt like I was going to die, but not right after the warmup like last time lol
I improved on all of the moves except the first, which was the same...doesn't really make sense to me since that's supposedly the easiest one. But I'm not totally sure how accurate it was because I know my form has improved from that first time when I really didn't know what I was doing. After doing the moves in the videos, they've become familiar. So I'm guessing the comparison between the second and third time will be more accurate. Also it's taken me over a month because I'm not doing the videos every day, but I'm going at my own pace. The hardest thing for me is that I'm going to be traveling a lot this month, which means off-routine. I really do best at the eating and exercise when I've got a plan. So I guess that just means I need to make an "on-the-road" plan, right? I'll work on it!
