2. I m too busy
3. I'm too stressed out.
4. It's raining
5. I don't want to miss________ on T.V.
6. The living room is too cluttered.
7. My neck hurts.
8. It's too hot.
9. It's too cold.
10. I'm depressed.

But what would improve my mood, energy, self esteem, body aches and everything BUT the weather? emoticon

    You are so right, so just flip that start and say Why DO I want to workout today?

Same list!

I love to work out with TV. Either in the commercials, or maybe weights or cardio, with the show on.

Got clutter? Make it a game and workout while cleaning up!

Neck hurts? DO some stretches! Ahhh. Now isn't that better?

It goes on and on.
