Finishing my 2nd week on MF

I had a few off plan days this week 3 to be exact and I was worried my weight loss would suffer as a result. Even though I didn't follow the MF plan to a tee I did make healthy choices. So I was over the moon when I weighed myself today and saw I had lost 3lbs. Monday is my official weigh-in day at the center so fingers crossed the results are the same. Will be excited to share my weight loss on Monday. I am getting better at preparing my MF meals, making them tastier, and actually getting decent meals that are closer to what they're supposed to be.
