I had a wonderful day planned, but the day I had turned out even better. I was the only one who showed for my 1 activity, so the coach and I went for coffee and talked about my improvement plan and how we can continue to improve my physical health. I then went to brunch at a dear family's house. And then had a great time getting my workout in before taking a water aerobics class with a friend. It all ended up with a quiet dinner with my dear friend, Michelle, at a healthy restaurant!
