I am still trying to stay committed, but this weekend I got off a little...not too bad though. I'm still playing the Wii Tennis and now I'm using the Wii My Fitness Coach. So, while using these and walking as much as I can at work, I hope to continue to be more active and develop more of an exercise routine. My eating habits are a bit better than better, but there's still room for improvements. I am drinking more water now and haven't had any soda since I started this journey a little over a month ago. I CAN DO THIS!!!
