S.M.A.R.T. goals start of BLC22

S - Specifically, I will be tracking the food I eat every day, exercising a minimum of 20 minutes a day at least 5 days of each week for 12 weeks.
M - By tracking both food and exercise on a daily basis, I will be able to measure my success by seeing the numbers on the scale go down!
A - Because of being on vacation for an extended period of time, I have kept my goal (lose 6 pounds in 12 weeks) on the light side. While I will "hope" to lose more, I will be pleased if I lose that much.
R - I believe my goals to be relevant as they will directly correlate with what my intentions are...to lose weight to improve my health and appearance.
T - My goals are time bound by the length of BLC - 12 weeks. If I lose a pound by every 2nd week for sure I will attain my goal.
