Spaghetti Noodles with Tomato Sauce
The sauce is tomato juice, tomato paste, garlic powder and some parmesan cheese.
But this is not your usual noodles. I made veggie noodles with a spiral vegetable slice. I sliced zucchini, turnips, rutabaga, sweet potato, parsnip, golden beet (so far) and then I steamed.
Then I also had steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas in the pod, peas, spinach, baby bok choy, mushrooms, and eggplant.
So I ate spaghetti with no guilt and all veggies.
