The day after my last blog I had another little angina episode. So of course I ignored the smart thing to do, and did not seek medical help. Being an old R.N. with CCU training, I put myself on bed rest for a few days. Ate fairly healthy, and did no exercise. Had no further problems.
Went to the pool yesterday and did 15 minutes of walking in the water. Just last week I was walking 60-90 minutes at a time, up to 2 times a day. Plan to do another 15 minutes today.
Will go back to even lighter strength training later in the week. Was only doing a max of 3 kgs anyway. Maybe less reps for a while.
I am hypertensive in the mornings until I take my BP meds, then am down within normal limits. The meds work at night as I wake up with a mid 40's pulse in the mornings.
Other than that, no, I mean even with that, Life is Wonderful.
