Yup... its the start and stop thing that has me crazed. I get all revved up and start out gang busters. Then My life , my habits, my emotions mess me up. It pulls be right back to the old way of being. Of not being careful, throwing away all my healthy "new" habits.
So Today: I've concentrated on two things.
1. Posting my food and being ultra aware of what and how much.
2. Eating at the kitchen table.
Thats it..this is where I am starting. I went grocery shopping and loaded the frig up with veggies and fruit. Pulled out my measuring cups .
Also this week I will be focusing on adding movement. at least 3 times this week.. I'll check in next sunday.. hopefully I will be successful.
