My S.M.A.R.T. Goals

My S.M.A.R.T. Goals for this BLC round are:

1 Increase my strength training exercise sessions to three times a week

2 Focus some of the strength training exercises to toning my arms, especially my flabby upper arms

3 Increase my walking to reach a minimum of 10,000 steps every day

4 Get back on The Lyn-Genet Plan 100% until I determine the foods to which Im highly reactive

5 Drink water based on 50% of my weight in ounces daily
