I've been staying the same or down a bit the last month or so, but I never quit. I just kept going and kept my focus on me. Well this week I lost 1.2 pounds. That is wonderful. I'm down 3.4 now and my first goal is 5. Reward? I really don't know as of yet. But i'm thinking on it. I want to do this in five pound increments and I will have to have a "treat" at the five pound marks. Not a food treat...a little something that says "you did it".
