Today is Day 52 of my journey with SparkPeople. Over the last few days I have been surprised that my stamina has improved. I find that I can walk farther and have more energy throughout the day. I have joined the Couch to 5K challenge and will definitely be pushed to get those miles in. I'm not a fast walker, but did push to get 1.5 miles in at 30 minutes. It might take me longer than five weeks to get to the 5K, but I will do it.
