We all have these times when we just get derailed, then beat ourselves for it. You have done so well, so now you are back on track and next year, you will not make the same mistakes.

Chin up and move forward! emoticon

I believe you when you say you will not do that again. You are intelligently introspective and the pain of the weight gain will help you keep that promise to yourself. Use your last experience for a Ah Ha moment to all that you learned.

I know you will continue to be successful on this journey as you have what it takes. You're also a pretty girl so keep your chin up and move forward.

BINFAYGO, I am just disappointed in myself that I let that happen. It's a learning experience and I just have to grow from it! Thanks for the sweet words :)

Erica, you are so sweet. You seem so down on your video:( You are so hard on yourself. Of course, all of us make mistakes, you have caught yourself and you realized what went wrong. Better planning to make sure you have healthy options next year. You are so strong and I am so proud of you. You know that a healthy body is the most important thing and you've got that down:)
