Always have issues on the weekends. Not enough to derail me this time, but enough to be reminded that I need to do better. This is my last busy weekend for awhile, phew!

I did meet my goals for Thursday and half of them for Friday (I did a double work out-30 day shred and a 7 mile run w/ a friend). Saturday I was busy (but sitting) nearly all day and today wasn't much better. Looking forward to a new week and more chances to refresh my healthy habits.

Goals for tomorrow:
Track, track, track
30 day shred +10 minutes
Lots of water
Blog/be active on SP
In bed by 11
