Start Up Sunday 6/9/13

Sunday, June 09, 2013

emoticon I did it!!

I said I was going to get a fresh start on Sunday and really focus on getting in more cardio. So this morning I got up early and jumped on the treadmill.

I told myself to do 10 minutes at a time and before I was done I had walked for 60 minutes!
It really felt great to accomplish that goal today! emoticon

emoticon I have lots more energy so I have been planting more flowers on the back deck. It looks really pretty and that adds to my good mood too!

Here's to a great day for everyone and a start up to a terrific week. emoticon

Great idea on just ten minutes at a time, and finding out you made it to 60!
It must feel real good having more energy to do things you enjoy.

Awesome! emoticon emoticon emoticon Isn't it great how the endorphins kick in and before you know it you have exceeded what you planned and then some! That's what makes exercise so hard and yet so easy once you start. You just have to start. I always need to give myself a pep talk toget on the elliptical everyday but after a few minutes of getting out my stiffness but after that it's easy.
