I feel like that is the main thing hindering my weight loss. I don't snack alot during the day so when it comes to night time and everyone is asleep I just eat everything in my fridge. It's not always really unhealthy stuff, but it will be like crackers or apples or something.
So tonight I'm going to try a few things, and I'm going to write it down on here so I stay accountable!
For one, for some reason when I sit on the chair I don't feel so inclined to eat as opposed to the couch LOL. Sitting on the couch you can see right into the kitchen but sitting in the chair you can't haha. Also i'm going to brush my teeth (and floss lol) before sitting down, then chew some super minty gum or something so I don't feel the want to eat some sort of salty food. And I'll drink lots of water. They say to do something with your hands like knit or something but I don't knit or do anything exclusively with my hands so I don't know what to do for that haha.
Maybe I'll even try to go to bed earlier! I've always had problems sleeping until its like 2am so thats why I'm usually up watching tv or something. But I don't know how to get myself to sleep earlier since it's just always been something i've struggled with. I don't knooooooow
