Goals for the Week 6/9-6/15

I am looking forward to this week.
First thing is that my daughter will be coming out of 6th grade getting ready for a 7th Grader!!! That means 4 more weeks for me and then I will have my Masters!!!! Working on my weight and making sure that I get my exercise in, drink my water and eat right. I need to work on some areas of my life which it will come all together in a matter of time.
My goals for the week are to get 10,000 steps in per day for 5 days and 15,000 steps per day for 3 days a week!
Drink 112 oz of water daily and
Eat my 5-6 servings of fruit and veggies daily!!!
Start having 2 days of no meat!
