So as most of you know I have taken on the challenge that is Insanity!
I ordered the DVD set from ebay, got it about £25 cheaper than retail price, happy days :)
I have finished Week 1 and am just beginning my second week.
It has pushed my further and harder than I ever thought I was capable of. I knew it was a tough workout programme so I had no illusions going into it. I needed something to get me excited and moving forward again in my fitness journey. I was stuck in a rut for a good few months with no real sense of direction.
I love the consistency of this programme. I never thought I'd enjoy working out 6 days a week and at such an intensity, but I'm absolutely loving it!! I love how it makes me sweat almost immediately. I love how it pushes me out of my comfort zone. I love the massive community of Insanity peeps are out there. I have met so many inspirational and supportive people on Facebook & MFP who are all taking this same challenge.
I'm excited to see how my fit test results this coming weekend at the end of week 2 will compare to my first day. I expect great things and I know I will probably not be disappointed.
My first weeks results are pretty encouraging, and I look forward to seeing continuing progress.

- 2% body fat
