Still dropping weight and inches.....

Sunday, June 09, 2013

I was surprised that on June 1st, my measurement day, I had lost another 2.25 inches from 3 measuring points. My waist and hips stayed the same from May 1st, but my upper arms and thighs and neck all lost.

My smallest jeans are now very loose. And the 3 pair of capris I have for summer wear are so huge they look like clown pants and are MOST unflattering. But I don't really want to buy new ones just yet. Maybe in another 25 pounds, and by then, it will be cooler weather. I will definitely need all new winter clothes.

This is just from a 27.5 pound weight loss, which amazes me. I am so close to where I usually get to and then stop dieting and regain all the weight back. This time that won't happen because I am not dieting. I gave up my dieting career. It wasn't working for me.

I am now at Day 106 of my New Life, and it feels great.

I am also almost finished with the massive house cleaning/sorting/packing/stagi
ng process. In fact, all that is left to do is to shop vac and clean up the cellar, clean the inside of the fridge, and re-organize the pantry. The house has been listed, and the listing will go live on Tuesday. First Open House will be next Saturday. It's been a HUGE effort to get here.

Finally last night i got to actually sit and knit. It's been a long tome for that. There was just too much to do.

I hope I haven't done permanent damage to my knee, ankle, and back. The pain has been awful. I get a new MRI soon.

So that's what has been keeping me busy. I've been tracking, although not as great as I should be, but I feel as if I can finally get back to a regular schedule after this week!
