It's been a tough week and I'm getting a S-L-O-W start to BLC 22 but am trying to catch up.
My goals for this round, trying to follow the SMART system:
S = specific
M = measurable
A = attainable
R = relevant
T = time-bound
1. mindful eating: staying within my calorie range, eating seafood at least once a week, measuring
2. getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night: I feel so much better when I do this!
3. 150 fitness minutes/week, strength training 3 times/week
4. lose 12 pounds: This is less than the goal I put in my BLC tracker, but I think it's attainable if I focus
