I need some help(again) I was almost positive that this october I will be sp success story but it doesn't seem so.
I weigh 65.5 kilos(as per today i.e, 144.5 pounds)
1.Now--I want to lose 20 pounds and Iam willing to give ANYTHING for it. But again if I do 1200 diet I will starve and I will eventually cave in.
I did not mind 'staying same' weight once a week,ly weigh-in, but gaining always makes me EAT bad calorie dense food. I had twi cornetto cones on Friday, and Saturday.(One still sits in my freezer)
2.How many calories do I need to 'burn' to see a loss? SP wants me to burn 500 something, but that is maybe not working, not now any-ways.
Also even though, Iam eating well I have been feeling really tired, and I tired since last few days. I just want to sit or lay down
3. I will be eating out next weekend, and, some of the places I'd like to go do not have the on-line menu's. Iam not sure how will I manage, but its been a decade since the hubby and I went out. (Link to my blog-->
4.I have a HRM without the foot-pod. I do not have a treadmill there, but I have the roads and parks. I have never really walked outside, so Iam a bit nervous.
So, how do I track my miles/kms? If I use my cell for music AND miles where exactly do I keep the cell(sorry lame)
5.LADIES---Iam top-heavy so Iam a bit worried about walking fast, what do I do about that?
I know it's a long one, but I need to see the scale some what less atleast in 130;'s on my birthday(July16)
July 8th Ramdans will also start and things will shake-up then, as in I doubt if I will be able to workout.
