My stats are not very encouraging but I don't mind, I was rather active every day and I feel good. Ate fantasticaly well! I don't see much of a change on the scale but I feel my body is smaller and tighter so THAT'S encouraging! Haven't measured yet and I might just wait a bit longer before I do. I get caught in mind's game so easily.. I don't need that right now. I HAVE to go by schedule if I want to be in bed for 11 because otherwise that just won't happen ever. If I want to be as active as I'd like, I don't have a choice because I need my sleep and I need to be up and ready to go on the morning. I work evening shifts all month so that should be doable? We'll see ;)
I am droping the Slim in 6 Part of my goals for the moment. I never feel like doing it and I keep feeling bad because I don't so, f**k it for now. When I'm home there's always so many things to do and so many distractions it's always a pain in the @ss just thinking about it :) It's a bad sign. I guess I'll just do HIIT sequences or random workout I find on the internet when I feel like sweating a bit because I DO WANT to move more but without responsibility and (self inflicted) pressure. To keep it positive and fun ;)
I am pretty sure I will be trying C25K again very soon! As soon as I can put a pair of shoes on my budget, I will. I really like my Mizuno's but I think I'll keep em for the gym, I got injured the last time I ran with them. I'm not 100% sure it's because of the shoes but it seems they make my feet a weird angle after a couple minutes of running or even fast walking. I'm just starting not to feel a discomfort on my right angle, it's been since last summer.. Not fun. I follow so many running ladies of the blogosphere, they are inspiring. I want to RUN!!!
If I can be in bed at 11:00 for a couple weeks in a row, I might be able to attend the early swimming opening hours at my gym and running in the morning, I would love that. So please, SELF.. DO IT! :)
I'm gonna try the YogaGlo's free trial and see if I can commit to that. I keep reading about yoga and I know it's right what I need. That's also tricky cause I want to do it at home but I want to try anyway. It's gonna be a good balance for my office job (= bad posture..) and all that sport I'll do :)
