...and so many of you supplied it!
Thanks to everyone who replied to my last blog! I was feeling so lost and alone and you helped to show me the way!
I'm getting back into the tracking habit and taking baby steps into fitness. The road ahead may be long and winding but I know the journey will be worth as much as the treasure at the end. Especially with the wonderful support here at Spark!
Now, I know it's June 9 already but I'm going to go ahead and set some goals for the rest of this month:
Lose 6 Pounds
Track food every day
Do at least 10 minutes of cardio every day
That's it! Small and simple baby steps! I'm getting it done!!!
