Day one and feeling good

To kick off my spark journey, I joined the 5k walk/jog program and went straight onto my treadmill to kick day one off emoticon

And I'm feeling good!!! emoticon

I would love to lose a couple of kilos during my first week of my new lifestyle, but whatever happens- happens. As long as I keep feeling this good, I'll be happy emoticon

Looking forward to day two!!! emoticon
