couldnīt remember what smart stood for eaxactly so made my own up lol.
goal-to loose 15lbs in the 12 weeks
how-by watching what i eat,increase my exercise,get and give support to the rest of my fellow vikings,by reading and repling on the chat thread.
if i make a mistake or have a bad day i plan to get right back on track,
plan ahead for all contingenties-like on augest the 1st we are going to tunisia for 6 weeks.while there i plan to swim everyday,hike at least once a week and try to stick to my diet even though we will be having a big islamic fest(eid)in this time.for extra visual help i am getting our house there painted pink to rimind me of my pink vikings sisters.(see last blog)
so here is hoping i can do this 15lbs down.
i would like to take this oppurtunity to wish all my fellows blcers a good challenge round.
