Well, I had a blast doing that cardio ballroom DVD yesterday. My lower body is still a little sore today so I did a 20 minute upper back toning workout, and 15 minutes of ab and leg toning workouts. So, like 35 minutes altogether. I didn't sweat as much as yesterday but boy! am I feeling it now!
I just started exercising again even though I haven't truly shaken off the osteoporosis yet (long story), but I can't wait anymore, the exercise HAS to start. I'm hoping to tone my abs and get rid of my little love handles! yuck! love handles!
So, I have dialysis tomorrow, so rest on monday, I'll do some more cardio on Tuesday. Will see!
