Wrapping it up

It's been a day.

Six miles run/walk this morning.

Hubby and I napped in the afternoon, for a bit, worn out by our exercise today.

Then we got the lawn poop scooped and mowed.

I finally got my shower in, then hubster and I grilled chicken for dinner.

We got the house cleaned after dinner.

I have put on over 17,000 steps today.

I have to rethink my run/walk for my long days, now that I am going well over an hour. Today I walked for 4 miles then did the run/walk thing for the last two. It went okay, but I am going to change things up. Next week, I'll do a mile walk then I'll do some more run/walk (today I ran 15 minutes, next week I'll do around 18).

I'm so lucky.

    Part of setting SMART goals is making them work for you.
Setting yourself up to succeed.

It's always a good thing to re-evaluate your plan. That way you can find out what's working for you, toss out what doesn't and keep that which does.
